  • About Daniel

    Dan LaPlante, CFA, is the Director of Investments and Chief Investment Officer of Enterprise Wealth Management. He is responsible for all asset management activities in the group including asset allocation, portfolio design, manager selection, and implementation.

    He has over 30 years of investment management experience. Most recently, Dan was Director of Investments for Clarfeld Citizens Private Wealth, the high net worth division of Citizens Bank. He managed investment strategy, portfolio management, and trading teams across the bank’s 13-state footprint. Previously he had been the Chief Investment Officer and a senior portfolio manager with the firm. He has extensive experience working with individuals, families, non-profit organizations, corporations, and trusts. Dan also has significant prior experience with asset management firms and commercial banks in areas including balance sheet management, capital employment, and risk management.

    He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Boston CFA Society and the CFA Institute. He earned a degree in finance from the University of Colorado and has attended and taught at ABA and BAI schools of banking.

  • Dan is involved in a variety of volunteer and charitable activities. He serves on the Independent Investment Committee of the New Hampshire Retirement System by gubernatorial appointment. He is a member of the Diocesan School Advisory Board and the St. John Neumann Fund Advisory Board for the Diocese of Manchester, NH. He is also an appointed member of the Capital Improvement Committee in his home town. Previously, he has served on the town’s Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment.
